AvalanchePC services any and all machines operating with a Microsoft Windows operating system for both residential (client/home) and commercial (server) environments, this includes both software and hardware level work.
Any Apple device can be serviced and repaired at AvalanchePC including their line of laptops, desktops (including All-in-One), and mobile devices. Personal computer services include the ability to perform all software/data tasks, along with hardware repair. Mobile device services include the repair and replacement of any broken, failing or worn hardware (batteries, screens, cameras, etc.)
ChromeBooks (any make & model running Google’s ChromeOS) software and hardware both can be serviced by AvalanchePC. This includes any software/operating system services, data recovery and hardware repairs.
Any mainstream Android device from various manufacturers (including, not limited to) Samsung, Google Pixel and Motorola can have their hardware serviced, repaired and replaced by AvalanchePC. Any form of devices including mobile, laptops, desktops and more can have their data backed up, cloned or restored to another new device or drive (hard drive or solid state).

Founded by Michael Bryan, a Richmond, Virginia native the year undertaking his move north to be with a very special loved one — I sought to combine my years of acquired tech experience into a locally based, locally focused IT solution offering quality, affordable solutions to both residential and small business owners.
Michael has decades of experience ranging from his youth to where he is now, interning and working at various established tech ventures along the way. His strong suits are computer hardware/systems, software solutions, Windows & various Linux distros, programming and marketing.

This service includes every facet someone would need to get started and is detailed below, from unboxing, to leaving you with the ability to enjoy your new computer to it's fullest.

Is your laptop taking longer to charge? dies sooner than it used to? or in a worse case scenario, does your laptop look bloated near the keyboard or trackpad? These are typical signs of a bad battery. We have the ability to replace both external and the internal batteries that can be a pain to access.
We can replace most any battery for any laptop, both externally and internally accessbile with a brand specific or third-party approved battery. AvalanchePC can also find out if we can replace the original battery with a higher capacity (higher cell count) battery for extended time off the charger.
From dream to reality, Avalanche PC has the knowledge and know how to build a custom PC or workstation for any need. From a workstation for any daily specfic work use, to a gaming computer, to a home theater PC, we got you covered. We will work with you on your wants and needs, budget and what you envision the end product looking and functioning as, then leave the rest to us. Once the build is approved by you, we will build, install the Operating System, any core software packages you desire, and optimize.

At AvalanchePC we believe if you have a fairly "recent" computer in terms of age of manufacture, anywhere from three to six years old range, it might be time to give it a renewal on life. Taking in account the use of the computer, what you desire to get from it and if it still has the ability to run all the software packages you need, we examine the sytem and see if it is worth a full computer restoration.

At Avalanche PC we have years of experience recovering a system from viruses and other malicious software you may run into. We will restore your system back to it's preinfected state, by removing any and all of the malicious software, and leaving you with a full antivirus program/suite for your future use and protection of your system.
We do not just cleanse your system of viruses and other malicious software (adware, worms, trojans, spyware) we find on that system during the course of our recovering it, we leave you ready for the future ahead! We install a full antivirus suite onto the sytem (included in service fee), set it up to keep the antivirus up-to-date on your schedule and give you a quick course in how to keep your system running smoothly.

Data backup solutions we can provide are from custom external hard drive enclosures, to a local networked based, file server solution (non-cloud based) of data backup for your residence. We have the know how to produce solutions for any storage capacity, with redundancy in mind, that have the ability to scale to your needs overtime if necessary.
Data transfer includes the ability for us transfer all your old data to your new computer, this also includes if you are simply upgrading your system to have a new faster or more storage, to clone the whole system (including operating system) to the new drive. This keeps downtime to a minimum and peace of mind knowing all your programs and files will remain in place.
